I am trying to active HRSD in my PDI but getting ERROR when I search for Plug In

Following below in my PDI - I get an error searching for All Applications - Step 1

 

Activate HR Service Management Legacy

You can activate Human Resources Application: Core [com.snc.hrc.core] for the non-scoped version of HR if you have the admin role. This plugin includes demo data and activates related plugins if they are not already active.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

About this task

Human Resources Application: Core provides basic HR features.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
  2. Find the plugin using the filter criteria and search bar.

    You can search for the plugin by its name or ID. If you cannot find a plugin, you might have to request it from ServiceNow personnel through the Now Support Service Catalog.

  3. Click Install, and then in the Activate Plugin dialog box, click Activate.

Hi,

I'd just simply search for "plugins" and then click this entry:

From here, it takes a few moments (about a minute or two) for the list of all the applications/plugins to populate, but then you can search for Human Resources and activate as you need:

Alternatively, you can login to the ServiceNow Developer portal, click your profile in upper-right and then click "Activate Plugin" and look for HRSD that way as well. I prefer to do it directly in the instance, if available.

If you continue to have issues with your PDI, please use the "Give feedback" button a the bottom of the page on the ServiceNow Developer site.
