Any advice on being able to retrieve my instance would be appreciated.

The message seems to indicate no real problem, but I suspect the instance is gone.

As mentioned several times in the community, there is no support for PDIs, hence nobody is there to help you. Based on this, either believe it will come online again and wait. Or release your instance a request a fresh installation.
