My developer instance :https://dev12443.service-now.com is not responding, just loading a blank page.

Hi Pavan,

I have marked these 2 UI scripts inactive. Also, I noticed that both these scripts were global. It's not a very good idea to make UI scripts global unless it's absolutely required. Please be cautious when doing this in the future. Your instance should be accessible now.

Suggestion:

If you have downloaded the update sets, if you still facing the issue wipe up the instance.
