Hi Pradeep,
I noticed that email notifications were not being created and on looking at system diag (screenshot below) it seems that now over 300 events have not been processed over the past day.
Looking at the system log it seems that a number of different types of events, not just email are not being processed — I have attached a screenshot below.
I haven't seen this symptom before but looking at the blogs it seems that it is likely to be the event processor. This blog
https://community.servicenow.com/community/service-automation-platform/notifications/blog/2015/04/17/troubleshooting-stuck-event-processes
suggested putting the 'stuck event' to error — I have done this for 20 or so but it has not resulted in the remainder being processed so now I am a bit stuck.
You are welcome to come onto the instance if you wish to take a look.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks .. John

Hi John,
Thanks for the details. I have hopped to your instance and updated all stuck event to error where processed was empty. After that I flipped it back to ready.
Can you please check after some time again and let me know if you are blocked. I am in PST timezone and will be able to get back to you by tommorow.
If this is urgent then I would request you take a backup of your work and raise a reset request.

Hi Pradeep,
The instance seems to be exhibiting the same symptom. There are 433 events that have not been processed and are in the state of ready which sounds about the same as before allowing for growth over time.
Thanks .. John
