I cannot log into my developer instance using the System Administrator account, and when I try to reset my admin password via the developer site I get this message:
Cannot update admin user record into remote instance.
I noticed a similar thread here, maybe this is the issue?

Hi Anthony,
Admin password reset was failing because of a new role "sn_si.admin" added to admin account when the Security Incident Response plugin was enabled. We will look into why this happened and whether this was expected behavior. I have removed this role for now from the admin account. You can go ahead and reset admin password. Please be on the lookout for unexpected behavior because of removing this role. Let us know if you run into any other issues.

I would prefer not to wipe my instance if possible.
