MY PDi is in a suspended state

i have a  message saying my pdi  is suspended and I need to contact sales. Can anyone help me with this?

"*.service-now.com is currently in a suspended state. Please reach out to your sales contact to re-enable your instance."

Hi @milesallsmyles 

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline. 

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait 

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Hi @milesallsmyles ,

 

It sounds a little subspinous what you're writing. A PDI (personal developer instance) and sales have nothing to do with each other, as PDIs is free. If your URL is similar with https://devXXXXX.service-now.com/, then you have a PDI - if not, then it's not a PDI. 

 

For PDIs,  there is no support available from ServiceNow in , hence nothing you can do. If it's not a PDI, then you should contact your sales representative.
