Password reset is not working, cant login with new password

Since today morning i am unable to login to my dev instance, tried password reset but unable to login via new password generated each time, getting "User name or password invalid" error each time.

Hi Deepika,



I don't see any issues from my end. Can you please try to reset your password again from the developers portal via manage instance tab.


Also make sure that you give the username as admin to login to your dev instance.

There is a reset password option on the developer portal. Try using that
