Hi Mujtaba,
As Deepak suggests you can enter stats.do in the application navigator.
and check the output
..
Statistics for: Demo Server @XXXXXXXXX at: Tue Jan 12 00:12:12 PST 2016 (Refresh)
Connected to cluster node: app84046.sjc4.service-now.com:XXXXXXXXXX
Hosted instances will have an app server name similar to app84046.sjc4.service-now.com.

Where do you see lhr3?
can you paste in the whole first line like Tony suggested above?
for example my dev instance is like this:
