Hi @ChrisStein ,
as you might know there is no help/support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs - though I have seen several on the community the past 24 hours that experience the same issue as you.
for now, you only have two options:
- wait - it should come online again.
- release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please remember, if you haven’t backed up your work, you need to start from scratch - no restore is possible.
from my point of view, I would recommend you to stay with option one for a little while.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Hi @ChrisStein
Greetings!!
In this case, my recommendation release this instance and take a new one, if you get a lower instance then upgrade and move forward.
Please mark my answer helpful or solution accepted if it serves the purpose.
