Instance stuck in refreshing

Hello,

My instance is stuck in refreshing (https://dev164978.service-now.com/), please help. Due to this, I am unable to install a plugin.

Hi @Kiranmai_KVL ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Hence, I would recommend you to wait some time to see if it comes online again. If it doesn't come online again, the only available solution is to release your instance and request a fresh installation.

Please remember, if you haven't backed up your instance, all work will be lost by a release - You do not have the possibility to restore from previous.
