send file via sftp not working

I'm using file builder FTP trying to send a file via SFTP to a remote location.
I have no problem retrieving files from the same server, so I know the credentials are ok.
However, when I try to send a file I see the output processed on the ECC Queue, but the input never processes.
Not sure if this is an instance issue or file builder FTP issue.
I have requested assistance from file builder but no response.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the reply, however, the link for file upload from service now to SFTP server seems to be in an incomplete status. Are you aware of anyone that has completed this type of integration. Like I said, I tried to use File builder but get an error, and my queries to that post have gone unanswered.

Thanks for the info, I implemented this code but continue to get this error:
Error in writing file to SFTP server: com.sshtools.j2ssh.transport.MessageStoreEOFException: The message store has reached EOF
It implies eof has been reached, but the file does exist and has data in it. The file never gets copied to the SFTP server.
Also, within the blog there is a reference to the File Builder FTP update set. I also tried to implement that, but get errors. When I noted the errors in the community I don't get any replies.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
