Hello! I installed the Human Resources Scoped App: Core in my PDI last week and made several configuration changes within the HR Core scope, and this morning I woke up my PDI and logged in and in attempting to resume my work, I discovered that the Human Resources Scoped App: Core is missing from the Application picker in my header which lead me to check my role access. As it turns out, the sn_hr_core.admin role is completely missing. Also, I checked my installed plugins and the list shows that Human Resources Scoped App: Core is in fact installed. I did "Repair" the app as well. So I'm pretty lost as to how I lost admin rights to a plugin that I installed. Has anyone else experienced this before? I guess I could just wipe and reset my PDI...but that's my last resort.

Hi,
Can you search your User Administration > Roles for sys_id = 725370019f22120047a2d126c42e705e
Which is the sn_hr_core.admin role. Do you find the sys_id record for it, but perhaps the name isn't there?
You're more than welcome to take the below XML file (which is an export from my instance) and import it into yours and see if it resolves your issue?

Thank you for the reply Allen. I tried using the .xml file but was unable to load as I get the message "Skipping record for table sys_user_role and id 725370019f22120047a2d126c42e705e - permission denied", even as the OOTB System Admin. I wasn't able to find the role using the sys_id either. But thank you for the tips!

Hi,
Ok. Well, worth I shot. I wasn't sure if you had accidentally deleted it or something along those lines so I wanted to offer it up.
Please mark reply above as Helpful, if it was.
Take care! 🙂

Thank you Allen. It was helpful at least to rule out that I may have by some crazy circumstance accidentally deleted the role. The thing I still find strange is that I had a couple of Business Rules built within the HR Scoped app that were still running; even though I couldn't see them in the BR list. Stranger things are afoot! God bless!
