SPF Record

We would like to register ServiceNow information as SPF record on our DNS along with the below link.

Are there any things to care about for registering ServiceNow SPF record?
Do we need to register following 3 mail server information on our DNS?
b.spf.service-now.com - Canada DCs
c.spf.service-now.com - US/Europe DCs
d.spf.service-now.com - all other DCs
