Unable to login to my PDI as the MFA account accidentally deleted from the authenticator app.

My PDI instance (dev231299) has MFA enabled. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the associated account from my authenticator app, and I did not have a backup configured. As a result, I’m unable to generate the required verification code when attempting to log in. Is there a way I can change my MFA configuration without login?

Hi @SrikanthBuddepu Did you try reinstalling the Authenticator app? You might get the option to configure it again. If not, try resetting the PDI and configure it again.

The issue is that the setup process requires scanning a QR code, but the instance is already configured and therefore doesn't display the QR code page anymore.

I also tried an alternative method that involves sending a verification code to the email, but that didn’t work either—the email wasn’t triggered.
