unable to reset password or login PDI.

After logging in the main username and password in ServiceNow, I was able to wake up my PDI but a secondary username password challenge came up but I have forgotten this detail.i have never changed it these credentials these are by default one.i tried for forgot password that is also not working it shows some error.and i was going through one option in the manage instance password. "You can  to generate new instance login credentials."what happens when i use this option ?my previous data will remain same ?Please suggest how i can login to my PDI .

Hi Bhanupriya,

Go to developer.service-now.com and click on your profile it will display option , in that click on 'Manage instance password' you will see your current username and password. mark my answer as correct if that helps.

           I have already tried the option which you have mentioned but still it says username and password is wrong.please suggest.

Hi Bhanupriya,

Resetting password will send an email to the registered email address. Instance will remain the same as before unless the instance was not used for over 10 days and was put back into the pool. In this case, try to see if the instance can be recovered from the backup. If there's no recover option, it means the instance is gone.

Try contacting ServiceNow using Feedback. Or get an new instance.

       when i click on reset password option it takes me to developer instance page again and when i click on instance it will take me to the instance login page and asks for the credentials to enter but not for reset.i using this instance daily .since 4days this issue is happening and  i dont want to loose my data in instance.please suggest.
