unable to reset password or login PDI.

After logging in the main username and password in ServiceNow, I was able to wake up my PDI but a secondary username password challenge came up but I have forgotten this detail.i have never changed it these credentials these are by default one.i tried for forgot password that is also not working it shows some error.and i was going through one option in the manage instance password. "You can  to generate new instance login credentials."what happens when i use this option ?my previous data will remain same ?Please suggest how i can login to my PDI .

Maybe it's the web browser cache? Try hitting the F5 button and retrying. If it still asks for the password, seems it's necessary to fill Feedback and ask ServiceNow to look into it.
