What plugins do I need to install to use Strategic Portfolio Management in my PDI?

MarkPenn

My instance, dev110004.service-now.com, appears to have only the App Engine Studio installed.  I do not see any Application Portfolio Management, ITBM, or Strategic Portfolio Management plugins to install.  What am I missing?

Thank you,

Hi,

Once you've logged into your instance, if you navigate to System Definition > Plugins (be advised it takes like 2 minutes for the list to finish loading), you can search your respective plugins/application and install as needed such as:

SPM is made up of several plugins/applications and so you'd activate whatever piece you're working with.

Hello,

The PDI assigned you that role because when you first created your developer account and logged in, it asked if you were a developer or not and you answered no and so it pointed you towards the citizen developer UI versus an "admin".

I see you marked your own reply as Correct.

From your original post, that wasn't very clear that that was what was happening so my apologies for not understanding that. In any case, your question was asking what plugins do you need to install, which is what I covered in my reply, so I felt I answered your question?

It wasn't obvious that there was a technical limitation on your end, but that you were asking what to install?

Anyways, glad it's resolved.

Take care! 🙂
