Hi Everyone! I hope another set of eyes will help me with this minor issue. I'm working on an HR incident where the employment verification link should direct users to that external link. Instead, when the user tries to go to the link, they are returned to the Employee Center. It is my understanding that that is occurring because the sp_ai_search_results_action_config record for action name navigation_sc_content_items_external is missing. I have done that, and when I test the changes, I'm brought to the URL as I should, but when I impersonate others who are not admins, they continue to have the same issue as before.
