Hi Team,
One of my clients is looking to enhance AI search in their ESC portal so that, if a catalog item is misspelled, it suggests an alternative (e.g., ‘Did you mean hardware?’). Is this something we can implement?

What's the use case? On my OOB instance I just typed 'heartweare' and AI search gave me 53 results for 'hardware'. Isn't it more user friendly to keep it OOB, next to the fact that any customization will have to be maintained until eternity?
