Sort menu not showing on AI search results in the portal

Hi All,

I have a service portal that is pointing to an AI search application.

I have configured different sort options as part of the search application.

 

But when I search in the portal and I get the search results page I do not see the sort options menu and I cannot change the sort order

I have seen somewhere in the documentation that it is possible to configure the availability of the sort globally. I assume this is using some system property but I cannot find anything else on this so I do not know what property I should look for

It doesn't explicitly say 'sort' it just tells you what the current sort operation is. You can see in the screenshot here that the sort operation is labeled 'Most relevant'. Other sort options should be available in the dropdown, like 'Most recent' here.
