I have uploaded several documents (external content) to an indexed-source using the external-content-ingestion API, and, as required, the corresponding search-source has been properly associated. This search source has then been linked to a virtual assistant (NowAssist) available within a portal.
The issue I am experiencing is the following: although the uploaded documents are accessible via AI Search, the virtual assistant is unable to retrieve or use them when generating responses.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest what might be missing in the configuration?
