Help in generative ai use case

Hi Team,

 

I have a use case where I need to integrate a Generative AI controller with our existing custom tables. The goal is to enable users to query or ask questions based on the various fields within these tables. Specifically, I am looking for guidance on the best approach to configure the AI controller to interact with these custom tables, enabling dynamic query capabilities for our users.

 

I am also considering whether to use Generative AI with Now Assist or Predictive Intelligence. Please advise which option would be more suitable for this use case.

 

Additionally, any guidance on setting this up, along with best practices to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in the AI's responses, would be greatly appreciated.
