How to configure predictive intelligence for ITSM and how to enable word corpus ?

Hi Santusht, there isn't a separate plugin that you need to install outside of the Predictive Intelligence plugins that will resolve the issue that you shared in your screen shot.  We don't support PDI's for Predictive Intelligence.  Have you tried this on your subprod instance? -Lener

hello lener,  thankyou for your response i am  implementing Predictive intelligence  on PDI (Vancouver release) , not using the sub-prod instance . so is there any alternative to implement predictive intelligence in PDI
