We have a requirement when someone input the value in the description field of the submission form of a custom table which is extended from Case table to have "Predictive Intelligence" added to it, so that as a user is typing in their Description, the system can display any ideas that are similar, along with a message, to alert the submitter to the similar record that are potentially existing duplicate. The list of potentially duplicate record that pops up, should be hyperlinks, so that the submitter can click into them, to examine and determine if it is in fact a duplicate?
