Impacts of a protected business rule being deactivated ?

Hi All ,

 

We are facing an issue in duplicate fields update in work notes of customer service module .This is happening due to a task intelligence protected business rule - Categorization Predictions -On Change. This business rule got installed along with task intelligence plugin.

 

Since we are live with this task intelligence in PROD I want to know what kind of impact will happen to existing task intelligence service  if we disable this business rule.
