- How do I know if I need to select both or just one of them to start and complete a learning path?
When you select path, there is a list of courses. If you select "On Demand" there are more courses. Do I need to select both for my certification, or just one of them?
Which courses are mandatory for the certification path "Sales Expert" Path/Collection or "On Demand" courses, or both?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Shai MTL ,
Open the respective training n on the right hand side u will be able to see what u will be getting once u complete the training. Look for the training which gives u eligibility to get the certification.
Thanks,

Hi Danish.
Thank you for your response but that was not my question. I can see what I get on the right hand side. But I need to know what I need to complete a certification.
Which Content Type do I need to select on the left hand side? Do I need both On Demand and Path? Just path? Just On demand? Both?
When selecting "Sales Expert" for example, do I need to check the left hand boxes of "Path" or "On demand" or both?
Because if you select one of them, or both, there is a different result in terms of the amount of courses that appear.
So which is it that I need to select to become a Certified Sales Expert?

Hi @Shai MTL,
A learning path is a collection of related courses.
An on-demand course is one that's completed in your own time, as opposed to an instructor-led course that's carried out as a live video session with a group of students and an instructor.
There are various sales-related certifications (i.e., requiring you to complete a specified 'path' of courses) although there's not a course called 'certified sales expert'. Be aware that you generally have to be employed by a ServiceNow partner to take the sales courses.
Are you able to share a little about what you're wanting to achieve. If so, we'll be able to point you in the right direction.

.... I am a servicenow partner and have my own portal. There are different sets of courses that come up depending on what I select "Path" or on demand on the left hand columns in the Content Type Section.
As mentioned in my previous questions above since the beginning. Which content type do I need to select in order to display the right list of courses to become a certified "Sales Expert" certification path.....
