NOW Assist Academy to learn ?

Hi Everyone I'm new to ServiceNow and I want to learn Now Assist and integrate with incident, change and request management also want to learn ai workflow and ai agents in ServiceNow if someone know a good course or academy on it please let me know.

First of all, welcome to ServiceNow! :)) 

Regarding your question - all the Now Assist capabilities are limited to learn due to its operational costs and some other aspects. So you cannot use it for your PDI, instead you can take any of the following courses at the SN University for free:

• Agentic AI Executive Micro-Certification Learning Path
• Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Essentials
• any of the following list

Another good source of information is the official docs Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) or the Community post Now Assist for ITSM: Quick Start Guide or Now Assist for ITSM - Implementation Guide

If you want to try vibe coding (you write a prompt and ServiceNow does it for you) then navigate to the Developer portal https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/ and give it some instructions to the window as seen below.

It can be a very simple one or very complex prompt, it's up to you. You however only have limited amount of prompts per month (I think 10 but not sure), if you need more you might need to release that instance and request a new one so always backup configurations and data that you don't want to loose.
