Now assist HRSD

Hi everyone,

I've been testing the functionality that Propose Now offers for HRSD. However, I'm noticing some discrepancies compared to the tutorials.

Specifically, in the tutorials, the functionality summarizes recordings and includes the actions taken by the agent. In my instance, the summaries only capture the issue itself, not the Action taken by the agent resolution.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Hi,

There is just one place to configure this. If you navigate to Now Assist Admin console -> Features -> and go to the skill. 

Here you can see the fields ti takes as input to summarize the case.

I also activated all skills , but i don't undestand why i don't have the same résult as the tutorial in Now learning, it juste summarize The issue, but not summarazing the agent action.

Complete this, you should see check box on there

Compare this with the tutorial.

Getting the exact same response as the tutorial would be difficult as that instance is 'by the books' while your own instance wont ever be there.

It seems like my Nowlearning Lab instance might have fewer features compared to the official Now Assist version or the instructor-led lab instance.
