NOW Assist Resolution Notes - agent names

Hi all,

We are currently working towards implementing NOW Assist resolution generation for incidents.  We have noticed that the notes often include the full name (first and second name) of individuals that worked on the ticket.  We don't share full names in an attempt to prevent users contacting team members outside of our standard support process.

Is there anyway to restrict the use of names, or to limit it to preferred first name?  We will have to get the notes updated manually as it stands, which is fine, but is not adding any value.

Do you mind sharing which version of ServiceNow you are on?

We might be getting Now Assist and this question made me want to watch out for this behavior.
