Possible Use Cases for Predictive Intelligence

Hello. I'm looking into possible uses of PI. I know that ServiceNow has a few use cases listed but I'm interested in learning how other people are using PI.

We assign field technicians for specific locations ( tech A location X, tech B location Y) and we have other techs that work with clients OTS (phone or teams). 

If an incident comes for broken lan drop we want that auto assigned to the field technician instead because it needs physical work. We use PI classification to see if it matches then check on the location and assign it to the appropriate field technician.

I am interested in if there is any use case regarding Change Management, such as Risk Intelligence or other cases?

You can predict the risk field based on short and long description (on Change Request). If those are the only fields that can affect the setting of the risk value. There is also a minimum number of training records 30k.
