Hi,
As part of the Predictive Intelligence for Change Management plugin, there is a table that is included for 'PI Template Candidates' (std_change_template_candidate), in addition to a pre-defined Clustering Solution Definition for 'STD Change Template Candidates'.
I cannot find any documentation regarding the relationship between the clustering solution, and the usage of the PI Template Candidates table.
Is there an out-of-the-box way of using the clustering solution to recommend standard change template candidates? Specifically, is there a way to have the recommended std change template candidates added to the PI Template Candidates table - or is this not the purpose of this table?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I am also unable to figure this out. The documentation indicates this should be the case and the proposals should appear in the "PI Teamplate Candidates" table. This is not happening for us and it is not clear why not. There is not much detail on how this functionality should work and I cannot find any Blogs/Videos etc. The documentation indicates this should be the case as below:
Predictive Intelligence for Change Management (servicenow.com)
Standard change candidates | Clustering | Analyzes and suggests opportunities for Standard Change proposal templates that can be used for automatically creating a change. This solution uses similarity and clustering solution type to identify the common fields in the records and make it a template. |

Solution provided by ServiceNow which worked. So, sharing for others->
The table (std_change_template_candidate) is not populated because the scheduled job 'Update Standard Change Cluster Candidates' is not run.
The schedule job is set to run 'On Demand' which requires the users to manually execute the scheduled job to run on the record.
To resolve the issue, please run the scheduled job and this should populate the PI Templates Candidates, which can be seen by navigating to 'All -> Change -> Standard Change -> PI Template Candidates'. This should generate the results as Candidate records.
Additionally, to create the proposal from a candidate record, you can go to any of the records and select the action at the top 'Create Standard Change Proposal'.
