I would like to create a report to measur the usage of task intelligence recommendation usage.
This is to answer:
How many users used the assignment group recommended and didn't skip this recommendation
I know there is OOB dashboard (attached screenhot) but I want to be able to create it on my own to present it to management who can't access it.
