The recommended actions for Similar resolved Incidents we dont want it to link to parent and we want to add close codes.
I tried this by copying the subflow Copy Resolution and customizing it to the way i wanted but when i tried to test it seems it was pulling through a completely different automated action as it was still linking to parent which we do not want it to do, even though i did ensure the correct Guidance action automation was added which is strange behavior.
Guidance on this would b appreciated
