Searching for keywords separated with a space

Looking for some suggestions on searching for key terms within journal fields.

I'm trying to search for incidents containing the word 'datahub' - which is straightforward; but, some users may type 'data hub' too, and i don't want to miss those results.

However, when i do a search for 'data hub' using the keyword or global search, i get results which contain the either the words 'data' or 'hub' which was not the intent. Strictly looking for datahub or data hub.

Appreciate any advice.

There are a couple of things going on with your spelling corrections that may not be obvious, so to quickly touch on those:

  1. The two terms (data and hub) are both valid terms. They would not be spell corrected individually.
  2. Spelling corrections do not span multiple terms.

As far as how this can be corrected, if it is a common query issue, you can create a synonym that would cover this case. I would recommend taking a look at your search analytics for candidates on what should be tuned. Take a look at the article here for more details: https://www.servicenow.com/community/ai-intelligence-articles/ai-search-tuning-making-ai-search-anal...
