ServiceNow Store logon error and the Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)

When trying to install plugin (NOW Assist for ITSM) (sn_itsm_gen_ai) from ServiceNow store, following steps , I receive:
I am using a Developer instance. Is it possible to install the (NOW Assist for ITSM) plugin with the ServiceNow store?
My developer instance: https://dev249008.service-now.com
The Admin panel for NOW Assist redirects me to the NOW store with message "You’ll now be redirected to the ServiceNow Store, which will open in a new browser tab."

Hi,
Unfortunately, you cannot use any of the Now Assist features in a developer instance. As of today, there are no "test it out" capabilities for the general public.

Jason,
You can't install or use NowAssist in developer instances, it can only be enabled in specified demo instances. If you wanted to get hands on with it, you can take the NowLearning implementer path for NowAssist ITSM; the lab instance has it configured for use.
