Unable to view the document in in DocIntel

I tried to create the document task by uploading one of the sample invoices I have, but when I tried to open the document in DocIntel, I am unable to open the file in the DocIntel module, Please help me find a way through it

Are you using you PDI for it? If yes, we don't have full flexibility to use the DocIntel in our PDI instance as they are trial instance.

If your client has the license to use DocIntel, could use there instance for testing.
