What is update frequency and Training Frequency in clustering

Hi all,

 

How update and Training frequency will work in clustering i am not able to understand how it's work and when the first  train held the count of record is 1018 and after that i have added 95 new record and the count now is 1113

when the  retrain will happen to the newly created record for the below cluster

 

can anyone help me on this
