Extract attachment contents from knowledge articles using SNOW API's

I am using the below api's, for getting the content of the attachment linked to KB articles but it is not returning anything.

https://instance.service-now.com/api/now/table/kb_knowledge?sysparm_query=number=KB010123&sysparm_di...

https://instance.service-now.com/api/now/table/kb_knowledge/{sys_id}

In the response I am always getting the flag display_attachments = "False".

Is there any API that can fetch the content of the attachment from KB.
