Hi @Alex Coope - SN ,you are right. sorry i missed that. but now still not working. we are receiving failed to request transalation.
Could you check these configuration if we missed anything else?

@GeraldKirby based on these screenshots, I think you might need to "approve" some RCA's. Your source record is in the "Third-party risk Management" scope, so as the SI of the artifact is in "Smart Assessments" you either will need to approve an RCA request or create a cross-scope privilege,

@GeraldKirby,
I just double checked on my instance, the error is because in that scope (third-party risk management), it can't read the "name" of the artifact (you'll see that error in Script Log Statements),
Most likely, you'll need to add or allow a cross scope privilege,

Hi @Alex Coope - SN ,
I have tried to add cross scope(not sure if its correct).
And also tried "Request Translation" from a template in global scope, both result in Failed to request translation.
And has script log like this,
