Localization : Update set Migration to higher Instance

Hello Expert ,

I am facing challenges in update set movement to higher instance as I am trying to translate 1000 catalog items in 30 languages through the localization framework. The update versions are captured as mentioned below.

Please help me in suggesting a way how can move our update set post translation of catalog item.

Yes, update-sets have the ability to be "merged", you can see how that works here,
