Static Translated Notifications not generated, no entries in Email Log

I’m currently working on a ServiceNow instance running Zurich and I’m facing an issue with Static Multi-lingual Notifications. I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to resolve it.

In the past, I have configured notifications in multiple languages in other instances/releases and it worked as expected. However, in this instance, I’m not able to get translations to generate.

Current setup

  • Plugin Glide Notification Translation (com.glide.notification.translation) is active
  • System property glide.email.outbound.static_translation.enabled = true
  • Email Notification is set to Advanced
  • Translated Notifications are configured (e.g. Spanish – es)
  • Notification triggers correctly

Issue

  • Emails are always sent in the base language (English)
  • No translated notifications are generated
  • When reviewing the Outbound Email record, the Email Log does not show any translated notification entries

Any guidance or confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
