Changing tagline color in Service Portal

How to change the tagline color while creating a service portal?

My issue:

I want to change the color of the tagline "We are happy to see you here!". I tried to change the color by selecting the bootstrap color but it is not changing.

Please help.

Hi Shushan,

If you go to Service Porta > Service Portal Configuration, then click Branding Editor, then on the left side choose the correct portal you want to edit, and scroll down to set tagline-color:

I can't see this options in my portal. I'm unable to see the Tag line and background tab.

Hi,

goto https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sp/?id=index

then ctrl+right click on tagline which you want to change.

click on instance options

change title and save it.
