Is there a response template limit on Agent Workspace?

Hello all, 

Is there a response template limit on Agent Workspace? I have 14 templates tied to the Interactions table and can be used in Agent Chat but I have noticed that not all of them are visible. They are in alphabetical order by the short name but only 9 show up for the agent to select. I have made sure that they are all visible to the agents and they all can see them but not all of the available templates. There is no scroll bar either to scroll down to see more. Not sure if this is controlled anywhere or how to change it.

It's so weird, i did not have that property in my instance. I do have the com.glide.quickactions.dispatchaction_whitelist but not the  com.glide.quickactions.maxresults.templates. I created it and gave it a value that works for us and now all the templates are visible. I wonder if I didn't activate something correctly but this should have been installed with the Agent Chat plug in, right? Does it matter if it's the Orlando version that I am in? 

Either way, adding the property worked.

it is fine. There are so many properties which are unavailable on instance OOB.
