Created notification and triggered via flow using "send notification" but its not working, couldn't see any emails in system logs.

Hi Prachi,
Did you check the flow execution? Is it showing that your send notification action completed properly. You can get this information easily by Testing the flow manually. That will give you an idea if there is some issue with your conditions or not.
And if everything looks fine and still the notification is not going in the Email logs, then you might have to create a ticket with ServiceNow, sometimes there are so many events in table and it stops triggering the notifications, It can be resolved by ServiceNow support.

I spent too much time trying to figure out this issue. Same thing- the Send Notification action was completing successfully, but my email wasn't actually getting sent. Turns out the person in the notification I was trying to send to did not have an associated email address. Total stupidity on my part, but if someone else finds this, check to make sure the recipients on the notification have valid emails. Might save yourself a bunch of wasted time.
