Microsoft Onenote Integration

Hi there,

Has anyone done ServiceNow integration with Microsoft Onenote?

If yes, could you please shed some light on that? My client want to use that with KM module for uploading and using OneNote document instead of the regular word and excel.

If anyone has done this integration I’d be very interested. Our help desk team has stopped using ServiceNow for KB articles in favor of OneNote due to the poor editing capabilities in KM.

Looks like they don’t have OneNote yet, just listed as upcoming, still requires HTTP integration to be created manually, but I’ll keep an eye on it. Would like to avoid paying for additional 3rd party tools if I can avoid it, but could be interesting to see what else they have.
