Service offerings with multiple Business Services

Hi,

Does anybody know if is it possible to link a service offering to multiple business services? I can not see a way to have multiple parents for a service offering, and seems crazy (from a CMDB persepctive )to duplicate service offerings to achieve this end result.

Any thoughts or experiences appreacieated.

I'm not sure that makes sense as the Business Service is the top level and the Service Offerings further define the business service. Network could be a bs, and Cisco, HP would be the service offerings. Linking them to multiple business services doesn't really make sense to me.

an example would be business services of procurement and asset management both using the same IT system which we want to classify as a service offering in SNow.

I see, but would they both have same deliverables? If yes, I'd hate to make 2, but I think you will have too.

I'm also interested in having a tiered view of Service Offering.   I have a Top Level Business Service called ERP, which represents a handful of vendor-specific ERP service offerings.   I need to report the Availability of each vendor-specific ERP service offering, and then a consolidated view of all 3 ERP systems.   I have an example picture below.

How can I modify the widget to present consolidated data from multiple service offerings?
