True and False displaying instead of field value

This is the second time I've had this issue in a personal development instance. The version is Madrid. I have added a true or false checkbox to the Assignment Group. Now on the Incident form, the display for Assignment group is true or false depending on the value instead of the Assignment Group name

Hi, your details\configuration are not clear, perhaps you could attach xml of the dictionary entry and configuration.
Do you mean you have added a true\false check box to the group table?
or to the task table with some relationship to the task tables assignment group field?
When you created this field did you set the value for 'display' to true?

Yes I added a true/false checkbox to the group table and now the group name does not display on the incident form. what does display is true or false depending on if the checkbox is checked.

I had the Display checkbox marked for the new field which causes the new filed to be displayed instead of the group name
