Workflow shows state Published(Checked out by). What does that mean?

I have checked out my workflow and now it shows like this. What does it mean?

Also I am not getting any options like in the other workflows.

Hi

It looks like you have checked out the workflow earlier and did not publish and closed it.

Go to workflow versions and search by your workflow name. Check for the latest version whose publishe dis false and checked out by your name and delete it.

Hi,

The way that ServiceNow works with workflows is allowing to edit only to the use who checked it out. The rest of the user will be able to see and trigger the latest version of it, but until the user who checked it out release it (by publishing) it won't be editable nor available to ckeck to anyone.

In order to solve it, ask to Bhawana to publish.
