Calling all Operator Workspace admins and Network Operations Center (NOC) Operators! We invite your participation in our upcoming usability testing research.
Through this project, we are offering a first peak into Service Operations Workspace, a new common workspace for ITSM and ITOM that serves as a dedicated place for daily operations. By connecting with you, we hope to test our ideas and gather your valuable feedback. By participating, you will be given the opportunity to see and interact with early builds of the product and influence our future strategy! As a token of appreciation, we’ll provide an incentive for participating, if permissible.
