Hello, ServiceNow,
What are the "Discovery Diagnostics Tools" that are listed in the "Application Menus?" Can I access this Application?
Access apparently is restricted to those with the role "MAINT." I do not have the role "MAINT" on any ServiceNow instance.

I don't See anything OOTB termed as Discovery Diagnostic Tool Option in menu even though I am admin.
If you can show some Screen Shot we can have more input.
But to diagnose Discovery issues we start with Discovery Home Page - Errors section or Discovery Log
Then we use Tools like PUTTY (Linux , Unix etc) for troubleshooting
Powershell CMDLets for windows Host Troubleshooting
SNMP Walk tool for n/w device troubleshootin
Then you can RUN Patterns in DEBUG mode to go into more Insight.
Hope this helps
Regards
RP

Hello, @Rahul Priyadars ,
The Application Menu item "Discovery Diagnostics" is only visible to those with "maint" authority. "maint" authority is higher than "admin" authority. "maint" authority is only available to ServiceNow employees.
There are several Application Menu items available only to "maint."
I do not have "maint" authority.
I noticed this application when looking at Application Menus. The Application Menus are available at this URL.
